Identifying 10 rural geographical sites in each of the six districts based on the criteria of high migration rates and the possibility for trafficking.

Setting up the first of its kind single-window referral system to help the target community as well as the surrounding community.
Overseeing six 5-day Rural Livelihood Enhancement Programs to identify potential entrepreneurs.
