KEY QUALIFICATIONS : Ms. Villanueva has experienced in community development/organizing and training design. She has been involved together with the other specialist/ consultants in the conduct of review and evaluation/assessment of the present condition of Water Supply covered under the WB-LGU-UWSSP and Barangay Environmental and Sanitation Plan Palawan Projects. Experience on participatory development planning process and design a Communication Plan aimed at promoting the project concepts and approaches and encouraging support from target household beneficiaries. Organized and managed the conduct of public hearings and project presentations at the community level.

She also has experience in the conduct of Social Analysis and Organizational Development. She supervised the conduct of socio-economic survey and look into the existing socio economic conditions of the project areas identified by the client which will be utilized in generating the required data such as the socio-economic classification, levels of education, existing water and sanitation services, the patterns of behavior, decision making and choices made in the use of water resources and defecation practices.

Ms. Villanueva is expert in designing the socio-economic survey instrument, TNA Survey Instrument, database for the survey result tabulation and the training design based on the TNA and Training Implementation.

The major objective of the Project is to upgrade key regional and domestic airports in the Southern Philippines up to the relevant International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards through the provision of enhanced civil aviation infrastructure and equipment. The Project will enhance civil aviation safety; promote balance development of the air transport network by facilitating more cost effective movement of both domestic and international freight and passengers; support overall sector restructuring, airport privatization and human resource development. The project covers the major improvement of two regional ports (Cotabato and Puerto Princesa) and the minor improvement of four domestic airports (Butuan, Dipolog, Pagadian and Sanga-Sanga Airport)

Description of Duties: Trained the survey enumerators for the conduct of socio-economic survey and gathered data pertaining to the existing socio economic conditions of the project influenced areas identified by the National Government. Design the socio-economic survey instrument and was utilized in generating the required data such as the socio-economic classification, levels of education, level of expenditures, the travel patterns or behaviour.

Designed database for the survey result tabulation and the preparation of socio-eco report. Conduct analysis of survey result and prepare profile of the study area and passenger profile report. The analysis is expected to provide an indication of the travel behavior of each type of passenger per mode of transport.

Conduct Situational Analysis which will examine the socio-economic profile of the area; on-going and proposed developmental projects by the National Government and concerned LGU; investment potentials, airline operators outlook; expectations and development directions.
