Presently, Field Specialist (SWC&WRD), Gramin Vikas Trust, Jhabua (M.P.) Gramin Vikas Trust is national Non-government organization promoted by KRIBHCO, which works in six states of India. Gramin Vikas Trust is working sustainable livelihoods enhancement of tribal poor through Western India Rainfed Farming Project (WIRFP) funded by Department for International Development (DFID) UK and Rajeev Gandhi Integrated watershed Development mission(DPIP). from Dec. 2000 to till date.
Facilitating participatory planning process, community mobilization to ensure active participation of Gender and all Socio-economic categories.
Facilitating community based integrated watershed management through participatory planning process like PRA, CPA, Prioritization of development options, IFPRA, Group Based Micro Planning and preparations five year village work plan.

Preparation of waste land development projects
Land procurement and liaisoning with Govt. department.

Managing the development team of 32 members.
Testing the land feasibility for crop and vegetable production.
